    • View our full class schedule

    • Purchase classes or memberships

    • See real-time class availability

    • Track your bookings and class history

  • If you’re new to Pilates or new to KAVA, we recommend starting with:

Beginner Reformer or Kava Signature Mat Pilates

  • Our KAVA Taste is the perfect way to get started:

    • Reformer Pilates:
3 classes for €60, valid for 2 weeks from your first booked class

    • Mat Pilates:
3 classes for €35, valid for 2 weeks from your first booked class

  • Just a few essentials:

    • Grip socks (required for Reformer classes)

    • Water

We provide all mats for Mat Pilates.

Forgot your grip socks? No worries — they’re available to purchase in-studio for €13.

  • Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine to build strength, improve mobility, and support proper alignment. Classes are low-impact but highly effective, and suitable for all fitness levels.

  • Barre is a ballet-inspired workout blended with Pilates principles. Expect an upbeat, flowing class that targets strength, balance, and endurance, with a serious burn.

  • Not at all. Our instructors offer clear guidance, modifications, and support throughout class. If you have injuries, are pregnant/post-natal, or have specific concerns, let your instructor know before class.

  • You’ll find us just off Main Street in Maynooth, on Fagan’s Lane, across from ESB Bank and behind Stitch Fitz.

    • Arrive 5 - 10  minutes early

    • Introduce yourself to your instructor

    • Don’t worry about getting everything “right”, just move, breathe, and enjoy

The Atmosphere

/ KAVA is a warm, welcoming, and community-focused studio where everyone is known, supported, and encouraged.

/ Our smaller class sizes create a calm, focused environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions, learning at their own pace, and building confidence over time. You’ll be guided, not rushed; supported, not pushed.

/ This is a space where progress is celebrated, consistency is valued, and movement feels purposeful.

/ Whether it’s your first class or your fiftieth, you’ll feel at home at KAVA.
