Our instructors are fully certified in Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates and are deeply committed to creating a knowledgeable, nurturing, and empowering environment for pregnant clients.
Our Owner & Founder, Kaylee, and Instructor, Ailish Nolan, both practiced Reformer Pilates throughout multiple pregnancies and are passionate advocates for the benefits of Pilates during pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Our Philosophy
We believe movement during pregnancy should be:
Safe and intentional
Adaptable to each trimester
Focused on strength, breath, and connection
Supportive of both physical and mental wellbeing
Every class is taught with careful attention to alignment, core connection, pelvic stability, and breath, ensuring you feel supported, not restricted.
